All new hubs use this format (from our resource allocation generation script), but we had not changed old hubs because that may cause user disruption. Time to wrap that up. - Get rid of confusing, user unfriendly notion of 'shared' and 'dedicated' - those do not make sense to end users - Set mem resources and requests to be the same so everyone is guaranteed their memory. This is appropriate for all research contexts I've reached out to the community with screenshots, and will wait for their assent before merging this.
